Jack started his career at Johnson and Johnson in the cardiovascular business unit as Worldwide Unit Manager Environmental Affairs in 2000.

In 2004 he moved to the orthopaedic business unit as EHS Manager for Europe – and became Worldwide Director EHS in 2006. In 2008 he joined the Corporate Johnson and Johnson Environmental, Health and Safety organization as Senior Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

As such, Jack is responsible for the deployment of the corporate EHS strategies in the region and represents Johnson and Johnson in various trade associations. He is also engaged in various LCA and Environmental Product Information Scheme projects in the region.
